The Spa

There are times in life when we all just have to get away from it all, and you can do just that in the hotel’s hugely impressive spa. This is the lap of luxury you’ve been searching for, and it’s waiting to wow you right now.

Take your pick from a deliciously tempting array of treatments and therapies, each of them designed to soothe and inspire. Later, you’ll want to relax in style amid the soothing waters of the indoor pool.

The gym at Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa

Creating the ideal workout is easy when you’re in a facility that makes you welcome and comfortable from the start. The gym here is ideal for both newbies and experts alike, so get ready for a session that will tick all the right boxes.

There are experts on hand who can provide advice, guidance and encouragement along the way if you wish. And you’ll want to finish with some well-deserved relaxation time in the Scandinavian hot tub later.

Restaurants and food at Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa

High end pampering experiences deserve high end dining as well, and you’ll find that and so much more at the fabulous Harby’s Bar & Diner. The food is sensational, the welcome is warm and the surroundings are pleasingly informal.

Whether you’re in the mood for a light bite or a full-on culinary journey, you’ll find it here. The menu takes its inspiration from the hotel’s seaside location, and of course if you just want to chill out with a refreshing cocktail that’s fine, too.

Our whole visit was glorious. The spa itself is well presented and the facilities are well maintained. The pool was beautiful with the various levels enabling you to swim or just lounge in the water. The sauna was wonderfully relaxing and the beds next to the stream room were an added luxury.

The spa is a great facility with a hydrotherapy pool, cool swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Steam room, sauna and chill out space also available. I had the back massage and leg massage with Elle and she was incredible. Really worked out the knots but created a really relaxing experience. Extremely professional service all round.

Nice Hotel and Spa. Good massage although one room had no music. One Jacuzzi out of action for a few hours and hydrotherapy pool very cold. Steam room floor needed cleaning and no aroma which was unusual for a steam room.

I bought this spa experience for my partners bday, she absolutely loved it, the Harbour Hotel and Spa Brighton made her very welcome, the facilities were great but it was the massage and facial that she really enjoyed and mentioned her therapist 'Dafni' was amazing, fantastic treatments.
