Very relaxing afternoon. The spa is set out below the hotel. Not suitable for those who may struggle with stairs. 1st floor you come to is the reception and treatment rooms and changing room. The changing room is very compact and can get very crowded. Then there are steps down to a small relaxation area, where you wait for treatments, the pool, & hydro pool. Then steep steps to the whirlpools, ice bucket shower, sauna, steam room & large relaxation room. The steam room is a little run down and in need of a refurbish and wasn't particularly hot even asking a member of staff to fix it, but they did try. It has a lovely calm atmosphere, loved the hot tub/whirlpools and had a really relaxing treatment. I would definitely recommend this spa to friends and family.

What a lovely Spa day we had at the Brighton Harbour Hotel and Spa. The ladies on the Hspa reception were very friendly and helpful. I had a signature spa day which included a 50 min facial and treatment which was so relaxing and my sister had a back scrub, massage and facial followed by use of the hydrotherapy pools, hot tubs and steam room/sauna. The facilities were very clean. One thing I would say is they could do with more toilets and changing cubicles but apart from that a great experience. We both really enjoyed our lunch that was included in the spa day package too. I would highly recommend a visit here. A Nice relaxing day out.

Our whole visit was glorious. The spa itself is well presented and the facilities are well maintained. The pool was beautiful with the various levels enabling you to swim or just lounge in the water. The sauna was wonderfully relaxing and the beds next to the stream room were an added luxury.
