Superb, from the moment we entered the premises, greeted very professionally, steam room, sauna, pool, relax room all clean and being well used. The back massage for both of us was excellent, highlight of day. Great day, will definitely be back.

Massage was great. Asked for extra pressure and the lady did it spot on. Facilities really good and the staff were lovely. Only down side is not being able to take your phone by the pool. I wanted to listen to my music (through ear buds) and read my book (kindle on phone) but couldn't.

I visited the spa recently with my partner and the facilities are very good and very clean. We had a couple of treatments a neck, shoulder, and back massage and a scalp massage both members of staff who did the massage were professional and did a good job. The only issue I had was the pool which seemed to be more like a leisure centre in its operations with kids swimming lessons and seemed to be open to the public which kind of ruins the relaxing ambience after a massage. Just a minor issue to what was overall a positive experience and I would return for the quality of the treatments and facilities alone.

Early morning start for a very relaxing Elemis facial treatment followed by time in the relaxation room. We used the gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi. The cafe serves breakfast, smoothies and lunch. We bought a delicious smoothie, then later had lunch which was also really nice. Overall a relaxing experience, we could take our time, not rushed, would visit again.

On the whole it was pretty average and did not feel blissful. The massage was good, the pool facilities were average and it was crowded from club members. We had the lunch which was average as well. Jacket potato and soup seemed bog standard from the ‘blissful’ phrase. Seems excessive to hire towels and robes for £10, no moisturiser provided after swimming and generally felt uncomfortable. All the staff were very friendly and polite.

A nice break, no issues with the spa itself or the staff. Pool was a tad cold but they all seem to be our days with cost of heating. Only complaint would be the lunch included in the deal was poor, baked potato or a soup or poached egg n salad that was it, we never bothered with it but could of saved a few quid there. Overall nice day spa and clean facilities.
