We had booked the premium pamper spa day and thought it was good value for money compared to other venues in the area. 9am-4pm use of facilities which were clean and spacious and a 60min treatment which was excellent. Can't fault the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Lunch was good too. Would book again, very enjoyable and not too busy on a Monday.

Had an excellent experience at The Wildmoor, spent most of the time around the pool area, using an awesome relaxation room, which was lovely as I find Saunas & Steam rooms not quite my thing. Fabulous pool, wonderful Jacuzzi. We then had our treatment the Swedish back, neck, shoulder massage + scalp, it was one of the best massages I've ever had, really relaxing, very good. The relaxation room in the spa area was lovely too, just wished it was a little darker to create a more relaxing area - loved that the pool area was very low light. Had food which was okay, had better, had worse. All the staff though were absolutely exceptional, throughout the whole day, everyone we came into contact with was so polite and friendly. Definitely be back, thank you.

An impromptu spa day with 3 girly friends for a day of laughter and catching up. It didn't disappoint with coffees to start, chilling in the Jacuzzi and swim before a light lunch. Mini treatments fabulous and a chilled afternoon in the steam room and caldarium. Thank you for a lovely day

We had a great day at Wildmoor Spa. The staff were friendly, the spa, pool, and gym were all clean and modern. We enjoyed use of the gym, pool, steam, sauna etc. Our treatments (a massage) was great. We had lunch in the bar which was tasty (highly recommend the club salad). Only issue was that throughout the day we struggled to get a sunbed by the pool. We saw several other guests struggling to get a sunbed too. Perhaps there should either be a 'no towels left on sunbeds whilst not being used' policy, as most sunbeds throughout the day had been 'reserved' by towels, but had no one actually on them, while other guests waited on the bench or standing by the poolside. Alternatively, more sunbeds being put out during busy points would be appreciated.
