From the get go everything was amazing. The place is very clean, everything you can need has been thought of. The ambience is very relaxing. The afternoon was tasty.

Lovely welcome by reception, myself and another client had problems with the coffee machine which was messy and not easy to use. No serviettes for the lovely flapjacks that were provided. Lovely to be able to sit in the gardens as the sun was shining but garden was a bit unkept and unfortunately bird poo on a few of the chairs making them unusable and not wipes around to clean. Lunch was a very limited menu, would have liked the opportunity to have 3 courses and pay for all 3 or chooses starter or dessert. Treatment was lovely and relaxing and very professional therapist. Other than the little issues in the garden the spa area was gorgeous and very relaxed feel about it, with plenty of seating area. Great changing facility with lovely products.

A truly relaxing day. Good food and a lovely massage. Could have done with more seating in the changing rooms. The outdoor sauna wasn't warm enough. The outside saunas I normally use are much hotter.
