The spa and hotel were amazing. Every part of the break was relaxing, the staff, food and location. couldn’t fault it!
I bought the spa experience for me and my best friend as a Christmas present and it did not disappoint! Everybody was very warm and welcoming from the moment we got there! The treatments also did not disappoint in fact they were excellent the only downside was that we had our treatments late on in the afternoon so through the day we used the facilities like the swimming pool and thermal suite had some delicious lunch and then we wanted to spend an hour in the relaxation room which we were told on being shown round in the morning we could do but when we arrived to go in there were stopped and informed it was actually closed so we couldn’t use it! This was the only downside of the whole day.
We booked this stay very last minute.
We had booked a classic double room but was up graded to a privileged room. The spa area was very clean and the treatments were wonderful. All staff very friendly especially the staff in the dining area.
Perfection from the first moment to the last. My individual needs were taken care of with ease leaving me perfectly relaxed. A good range of treatments and products to suit all. Beautifully clean and calm environment. Delightful and charming therapists.
Our annual visit to the spa for my best friends 40th birthday. We know the spa well and staff were friendly and helpful. Two treatments were relaxing and truly pampering. Will be returning next year.
