Booking process very efficient and excellent customer service provided when an issue arose with booking.
Spa day exactly as advertised. Brilliant massage and facial. Facilities well maintained and phone free zone which added to a lovely quiet relaxing day. Staff couldn't have been more helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. Would certainly return again.
My husband and I visited this spa to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The spa staff were friendly and we were allowed into the Spa. The spa is great if you just want to relax. The pool is not huge and there was no Jacuzzi but the sauna and steam room were available. My only criticism is that there are not enough loungers for guests and not everyone wishes to sit in an upright chair to relax.
The pool is difficult to enter if disabled however the staff are more than happy to help and it was 10 out of 10 as a venue for disability.
We visited the restaurant and the food is amazing. It is slightly expensive but the quality is very good. The waiters and waitresses are amazing.
We stayed over night and the room was clean and well prepared.
This is definitely a spa and hotel that I would return too. The treatments we had which were back massages were brilliant and I would definitely visit here again.
Was a really lovely day. Facial and body scrub was amazing. Very helpful booking experience, added bonus was the cream tea, we were only expecting scones,to get the sandwiches etc was delicious. The only thing we found strange was the manicure my friend had, she was lying on bed for manicure could not fault anything about the day and will definitely return.
My friend & I booked this spa night away with massage.
They both really enjoyed it. Sauna, massage, played squash & had a fantastic relaxing time.
Nice relaxing day, and found that it was nice of the therapists to offer a double room for me and my friend to both be pampered in rather than separately. The afternoon tea was lovely although would have liked additional drinks and or crisps added to the tier as went away still hungry. Other than that the day as a whole was a really lovely day.
Stayed in a lovely room, comfortable room. Entrance has the outward appearance of being very welcoming but is a little tired by the time your eyes adjust. Spa maybe a stretch of the imagination too...... Read more
