Excellent facilities - staff very friendly and helpful and treatments a relaxing experience.
We had a spa day to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. There was something very special about this hotel. The feeling to it and the work of art that had gone into constructing this hotel conjured up an image of love and warmth that could be felt in the lingering atmosphere. This contributed to a peaceful day that can only be described as priceless and magical. I strongly recommend the spa day to de-stress and to be in the moment of tranquility. I will come again.
Absolutely amazingly few days away with the husband from start to finish. Couldn’t fault hotel at all, beautiful room, fantastic breakfast with loads of choice, 2 evening meals in the restaurant which was delicious and great staff. Spa was fantastic, we were the only people in there for the whole 2 hours and really relaxing treatments afterwards. Hotel couldn’t have been in a better place, lots of fantastic bars and restaurants on the door step, Liverpool one a 5 min walk away and the docks 10 mins away. Would highly recommend!
Spa was amazing, facilities clean and lovely and staff where amazing, only downside we didn't book the package with afternoon tea as wasn't sure if everyone would want to eat afternoon tea, after we finished we went to the restaurant which was empty except for a table of two people to be told they were fully booked. When we said but its empty he repeated the same thing, found it ridiculous so had to find another venue to have lunch. Apart from that was amazing experience.
Very clean, quiet, tranquil. Perfect parking - in front of the spa. Lovely girls. Had a facial and partner had a back massage. Both happy.
