Absolutely amazingly few days away with the husband from start to finish. Couldn’t fault hotel at all, beautiful room, fantastic breakfast with loads of choice, 2 evening meals in the restaurant which was delicious and great staff. Spa was fantastic, we were the only people in there for the whole 2 hours and really relaxing treatments afterwards. Hotel couldn’t have been in a better place, lots of fantastic bars and restaurants on the door step, Liverpool one a 5 min walk away and the docks 10 mins away. Would highly recommend!
Spa was amazing, facilities clean and lovely and staff where amazing, only downside we didn't book the package with afternoon tea as wasn't sure if everyone would want to eat afternoon tea, after we finished we went to the restaurant which was empty except for a table of two people to be told they were fully booked. When we said but its empty he repeated the same thing, found it ridiculous so had to find another venue to have lunch. Apart from that was amazing experience.
Very clean, quiet, tranquil. Perfect parking - in front of the spa. Lovely girls. Had a facial and partner had a back massage. Both happy.
Took my partner here for her birthday surprise and it was a excellent experience here so relaxing and very helpful the facilities were superb. The massage was excellent very experienced lady and made me an my partner feel so stress free thank you for a fantastic time.
The spa was amazing. Staff were very friendly and polite treatments were great and the rooms were spotless would highly recommend the spa to anyone. The hotel itself was lovely however the staff were rude, messed the room up, food was disgusting. But as I said above the spa was 5*
