The hotel is beautiful, and the afternoon tea was prompt and delicious. Each treatment was very relaxing and the relaxation room is a nice touch. The facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly.

Had a great spa day with my daughter. Very relaxing and chilled out day for us both. We had the Eforea Delight package. Our treatments are just what we needed. The late lunch was a great way to finish our day.

Lovely facilities, very accommodating
I booked in December as a Christmas present for my partner, so we'd been looking forward to it for a while. We unfortunately were a little late on the day as we went to the Hilton hotel (warning! don't make the same mistake!). I was quite stressed out as we were 15 mins late for a 25 min massage - the lady at reception admitted that they were booked back-to-back so we may only get 10 minutes, which was gutting. She then ran off, worked some magic, and came back saying we would be able to have our full treatments! No idea what she did but brilliant service for a stressed out customer.
Massages were fantastic - I had scalp/neck/shoulders and it was heavenly, I only wish it had gone on longer! My masseuse Roxanne was very welcoming and clearly expert at what she does. We then used the facilities (hot tub/pool/steam room/sauna), which were fantastic and spotless - especially as it was empty, it was pretty serene. Even the 'transition lounge' we waited in was relaxing. A fab experience!
