My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our spa weekend. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The steam room and vitality pool were fabulous and left us feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Afternoon tea was not available, but the general manager then came and told us he had got some for us. It was amazing. With Prosecco as well. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Little extras like a fridge, good hairdryer and iron were appreciated. Fantastic shower!!! We ate in the KOUKASH brasserie. Menu is a little restricted but food was delicious and service very good. Overall a great experience, which we hope to repeat.

Lovely spa day. A few bits that could have been improved. No music during the massage or in the treatment room. Nice relaxing music in changing rooms but nowhere else which we have never experienced at any other spas. The steam room wasn't very steamy. Finally the massage was good but one therapist wore gloves to do it so although the massage was nice it was an unusual feeling for someone to be wearing gloves.

Treated my girlfriend to a spa day at the DoubleTree Eforea spa for her birthday and it was amazing. We both had the 55 minute full body massage and both Jemma and Emma were excellent. We then used the thermal lounge for an hour and the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were great. Definitely worth the visit.

The spa treatment was wonderful, really enjoyed that. Only being able to use the spa facilities for an hour felt very rushed and we would have liked longer. The Jacuzzi was quite dirty with scum at the steps and one of the water flows in the hydro pool was not working. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely return for one of the treatments but not to use the facilities if the standard and timings were still the same.

We didn't realise that we could have used the sauna or steam room or pool so we never took our swimming costumes with us. We had booked our facial just before checking out of the hotel so this was when we discovered the other facilities available. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable overnight stay, and the facial was excellent. This Spa night was a Christmas present from my son.
