I booked the basic Fire and Ice plus lunch package, £99 for two. Going on a Tuesday was brilliant as it was very quiet, so plenty of room in all the pools, steam rooms and plenty of loungers by the pool. Arriving at 9.30am, we had no queue for checking in. Lunch was busy, but we were welcomed by a friendly waiter with a personality! The buffet had plenty of variety, with interesting and delicious dishes and we had a glass of wine and Prosecco at an extra charge. My daughter had an Elemis deep-tissue massage which she really enjoyed. The only negative comment I have been able to think of, is that the flowers in the vases on the tables in the waiting/lounge, were dead. I actually threw the one on my table in the bin. No flowers are better than dead ones!
Absolutely lovely was such a perfect day.
We had a 50 min massage and it was the best one we have ever had and me and the husband have had quite a few.
The place is lovely very easy to reach and we were able to use all the facilities which were clean and well maintained.
We also had a buffet lunch which was nice.
One thing though is that the drinks are quite expensive 1 latte and 1 cappuccino cost us £8.50 which is a bit of a rip off.
I booked a girly getaway for me and my 3 friends. We booked the overnights spa stay. We all made use of the facilities and enjoyed a fabulous lunch. We also had a 25 min treatment each. Kyrie did my back massage and made recommendations about which cream I could buy to help my eczema.
Dinner was lovely and the waitress called Kristiana was very attentive. We had a comfortable stay on our rooms which were right next door to one another. The beds were nice and cosy as we had a good sleep after a relaxing day.
Breakfast was lovely too. All in all a good deal and we would definitely do it all over again.
Everything was great. My only comments are regarding the lack of milk on the breakfast table (surely this should be checked as we sit down and again when the drinks are served), though it was easily remedied. The rest of the service was so good, this is a silly error.
Also the 'are you happy with your meal' so quickly after it is served. Personally I hate this anyway - I just want to enjoy the meal and not answer questions (personal choice!)
Thanks for a great day.
Everything about the spa day was amazing, the food was great. My only suggestion would be that the hotel rooms had air conditioning as it was a very hot day and the room was stuffy and to hot to sleep in. Overall a fantastic day, thank you.
