I enjoyed a wonderful hot stone massage after spending 25mins in the infrared sauna. My knotty shoulders felt so free afterwards. I was very happy to be offered a takeaway lunchbox and even happier to see that it was made by a local bakery who packed a gorgeous brownie and scone with sausage roll and great sandwich selection, totally yummy.

I booked the Holistic Signature Journey at Vita Spa Salisbury. From the moment I stepped into the spa I knew it was the right choice. The spa is in a beautiful old building just on the edge of Salisbury City Centre, all very clean and modern on the inside. The receptionist was very welcoming. The treatments were simply divine, I nodded off a couple of times as they were so relaxing. I definitely felt that Poppy got all the knots out of my shoulders. I wasn't sure whether to go for reflexology or Thai foot massage and Poppy took the time to explain both options and recommended reflexology, this was certainly the right choice for me. I couldn't recommend Vita Spa enough and I will certainly be heading back soon.
