Beer gardens, rosé in the sun… sometimes summer can be a little too good! Luckily, the Summer Detox at The Retreat at Hotel Indigo is here to help you undo a few of those sun‑soaked indulgences. Step back into the season feeling fresh with two hours to soak in the hydrotherapy pools, sweat it out in the sauna and steam room and refresh in the tropical rainfall shower.
Then comes your full‑body refresh. The 50-minute ritual features invigorating body brushing, a zesty lime and ginger polish, a deeply nourishing cocoon and a sculpting facial to revive tired skin. It all finishes with a pro-collagen cream for that silky, radiant, summer‑ready glow. Think of it as the perfect antidote to every spritz, sundowner and sunny afternoon you’ve enjoyed so far.
