Clouded head? We have just the thing! The Clear Mind Ritual from The Retreat at Hotel Indigo is like a reset button for your brain. This one-of-a-kind experience is designed to quiet your thoughts, soothe your senses and leave your mind feeling beautifully unburdened.
Your journey begins with Hopi Ear Candle Therapy, followed by a nurturing Indian Head Massage, where rhythmic movements across the scalp, neck and shoulders hush that mental chatter. Your ritual also includes two hours of spa access, plus your choice of tea or coffee served with a homemade cookie. It’s the perfect finishing touch to a decluttered mind.
