Scandi spa serenity
The Nordics have long known the secret to feeling fabulous: warm up, cool down, repeat! This spa day brings the ritual to the East Sussex shoreline, starting with a warming hot drink on arrival. You’ll have 45 minutes of exclusive use of the beachfront outdoor spa, sinking into the hot tub and sweating it out in the sauna before a bracing sea breeze cools you down again.
You’ll also have two hours in the indoor thermal suite, where you can bask in the vitality pool, breathe deeply in the aroma steam room and warm through in the infrared sauna, with a heated lounger to stretch out on whenever you like. Then it’s time to hit the beach-club-style Rally Bar & Restaurant for a delicious meal while you gaze out to sea. It’s hygge, Sussex style!
