What a wonderful day. A treat to celebrate my sisters special birthday. The spar, treatments and atmosphere were amazing. The afternoon tea was delicious. Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning soon.

Today we had a lovely spa day celebrating my sisters birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, pool is lovely and relaxing. The treatments were also very good, just a shame that the 25 min treatment we had payed for as part of the package, was only around 15 mins, which I realised once I got in to the relaxation room and checked my phone to see the time. The afternoon tea was amazing, one of the best teas I have had on a spa day experience. Will return, and hopefully the treatments will be the 25 mins as advertised and payed forš

I visited with my mum and sister for Mother's Day. We each had a treatment with lovely Elemis products and a good therapist. I found the place lacked spa ambiance though. The relaxation room didn't have relaxing music on, could have benefited from some herbal tea or mint/lemon etc in the water, and had more comfortable seating. It was really just a mood lit waiting room. Pool was very busy with club members, couldn't get in the Jacuzzi and there was no seating available round the pool to sit and relax/read. Powerful steam room and sauna and the changing rooms and lockers have all been newly done since I last visited. During my treatment the therapist had hard soled shoes on and over the relaxing music I could hear clomping feet through the whole hour. These are all little details which make the difference to the experience. Good facilities but it lacked the relaxing experience of a spa.

Booking was very easy! I visited here today for the first time, with my mum and sister. We went for the indulgence package so had a 25 and a 50 minute treatment, and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the treatments were amazing. We came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Already looking to book our next visit.

We had a lovely break at Park Royal. We stayed overnight at the hotel. The room was a lovely large size, clean and beds comfortable. Shower was lovely. Our spa experience was great. We were asked what we wanted to achieve from our visit. Mine was to relax, and it hit the spot! The highlight was the facial. The ladies were warm, welcoming and respectful. What more can you ask. The pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were all in the same complex and there were childrenās swimming lessons and aqua aerobics whilst we were there but that didnāt put us off at all. Overall, highly recommend!
