Absolutely. The resort is designed to be as welcoming and accessible as possible. There are lifts to all floors and a selection of accessible bedrooms to make your stay comfortable. The spa can be reached by stairs or lift, and once you’re inside, all the facilities sit on one easy, level space. Access to the pool is via two ladders and a set of  stairs, although there are no poolside lifts or hoists.

Here on an overnight break? Check-in is from 3pm on your day of arrival and you’ll need to check-out at 11am on your day of departure. Spa days usually begin at 9.30am, but do check your booking confirmation for full details.

It is indeed. From 31 January 2026, The Oxfordshire Golf Hotel & Spa went completely cashless, keeping everything just as faff‑free and fabulous as the rest of your time here. All payments throughout the hotel need to be made by card or contactless. They accept all the biggies, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay. So as long as you’ve got your phone or card to hand, you’re good to go.
