Stayed here with my friend for my birthday and paid £10 to upgrade from a cosy double to a courtyard twin. The room wasn’t ready to check in at 3pm and we had to wait 20 minutes but overall a good size and had everything you would need including a smart tv with Netflix ect. The room also gets very hot and with no air con and a very small window it can get uncomfortable during the summer months. The spa facilities were lovely and definitely one of the best I’ve visited in terms of relaxing and being modern. It was very busy most of the day but that can’t be helped. Towels and robes provided and access from check in till 9pm. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices from continental to full English. The restaurant is very relaxing and couldn’t fault it other than it closes for breakfast at 9:30am which is early compared to most. Overall had a lovely spa break and it’s definitely worth the money. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a party of three, spa area really nice with plenty of seating unlike some spas. Treatments and 2 course lunch were amazing. Only negative was one of our party felt like the therapist was really pushing her to buy the products they used.

Over great experience. My massage was stopped with the girl I had but my friend had a great massage so think mine masseuse may have been new. Afternoon tea was lovely. They did have prawn on there which we asked to change. Ring up to advise of any dietary needs. Spa lovely and nice facilities.

Used to come here all the time and gave it a break to try other venues, very impressed with the changes that have been made, spa and pool area revamp beautiful, was very happy to see that you can now consume alcohol in the pool area, saved us having to nip back to our room for a drink, extension on the treatment from 25 minute to 50 minutes brilliant, I had Ellie for my treatment and she was fantastic, she was very friendly, chatted throughout the treatment as I wanted and spoke about the products she used, felt very relaxed after, staff within the spa area took time to chat with us and make us feel welcome and delivered our drinks to us in the Jacuzzi, reception staff very friendly and accommodating, evening meal was lovely, only down side is we where not allowed to order side dishes, no real reason why, ordered room service which was prompt on arriving, breakfast was amazing, came promptly and pipping hot, and check out was easy and friendly, cant wait for the next visit 😍
