Carters Champagne Bar & Grill
Frederick's Piano Lounge & Terrace
There’s something wonderfully indulgent about unwinding in an oasis of calm, and you can do just that right here. The hotel’s gorgeous spa provides a golden opportunity to turn your back on the rat race and focus on your need to be spoilt.
You’ll find a tempting selection of treatments and therapies on the menu, so pick the ones that you love and go with the flow from then on. Later, you can soothe the soul even further with a dip in the 12.5-metre pool.
Whether you’re looking for a gentle jog or a comprehensive workout, it’s easy to create a session to remember at the hotel’s exceptional gym. The atmosphere is friendly, the facilities are excellent and your results will be impressive.
Harrogate is an exceptionally pretty town, so it lends itself perfectly to outdoor running for those who prefer the open air. And if you like life on two wheels, the Nidderdale Greenway is a wonderful cycle route.
Following a recent refurbishment, the hotel now offers a culinary journey to remember at the oh so stylish Carters Champagne Bar & Grill. This is an eatery that should be on the wish-list of every curious foodie.
And if you like the sound of a bite to eat or a fresh coffee in a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere, be sure to try the magnificent Frederick’s Piano Lounge. Time spent here will always be as special as it gets.

Lovely relaxing spa, very clean and modern. The massage therapists Joanne and Sophie did a fantastic job, made you feel relaxed and tranquil, these ladies work very hard and deserve a bonus.

My first visit to The Harrogate Spa. Staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful . I contacted the spa by email with a query about booking times prior to arrival and they rang me back within a couple of hours to answer. Spa area was very clean, treatments suitably relaxing. We had the afternoon tea option which was very good and the alternative lunch menu also looked tasty. Overall good value for money and a nice afternoon out

Such a lovely welcome and a very clean spa. The facilities were great and very well looked after. I had a morning spa with 2 treatments and lunch. My salt scrub was very invigorating and my back massage was so relaxing. Lunch was amazing! Considering it was a light lunch, there was so much food!
The spa was getting busier when I left at 2pm, it was nice and quiet in the morning, with only a few locals having a swim.Bethany Ayres, Riddlesden

I have never been to a spa before, this was the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it, I will definitely be going to one again.
