Booked for my daughters 23rd birthday and were not disappointed. On arrival a lovely lady helped us complete booking details paying attention to any medical conditions allergies and concerns. They explained the day to us, our times for treatments & food, providing a tote bag with towels, gowns, slippers. We were shown around lockers and facilities being provided with cranberry flavored water. We then relaxed using all facilities which were very relaxing. We had an inner calm. ESPA massage each which was very very good, my daughter gets them regularly all over world as long haul cabin crew and she said one of the best she had had. Our lunch Bento boxes were also a highlight my daughter had chicken and I salmon, both were delicious and not rushed at all. Accommodation that night was lovely and relaxing and both evening meal and breakfast were well cooked and tasty. The cocktails finished the night off wonderfully and happy hour 22:00-23:09hrs was a nice touch.

The spa amenities were amazing, and the back massage by Joanne was hands down the best I've had! All staff were well mannered and helpful. Hotel itself was stunning and great location. Only feedback would be room was tired, lamps didn't work and you have to pay for the bottled water in your room, most places this is complimentary.

A group of 8 stayed on an overnight spa break at the Harrogate Spa and we had a fabulous time! Lovely hotel, great food and comfortable rooms. The spa facilities were clean and not too busy to enjoy. Spa treatments were fantastic, with a great choice. The package offered was DBB and two treatments which was excellent value. We also enjoyed our Hilton cookies upon arrival.

The spa was well organised, staff were welcoming and helpful. The Spa had everything you would expect. The outside area needed some attention. There was some raised flags which I fell on and really hurt myself. Due to me falling I started to notice a few other trip hazard such as raised matting going into the changing rooms. I think a health and safety audit wouldn't be a bad idea. In saying all of that my daughter and I had a lovely experience and enjoyed the Spa.
