The spa itself is clean and tidy. Robes and towels provided. The treatments were good, I had an express facial my partner had the massage. The steam room was out of order which was a shame. Sauna and pool both good and the heated loungers were a big hit for both of us, could stay on them all day. We had prosecco lunch with our package, soup starter, caeser salads and eton mess pudding. The chicken was cold on the salad, would be nicer if warmed a little. Overall a really nice day.

We had a great relaxing time visiting the spa. Shame the kids swimming classes were on at the same time, was a bit loud, should plan it better next time. Overall, great relaxing experience and would highly recommend!

Went with 5 friends for a birthday celebration. Spa is lovely and clean and facilities were good. Had a lovely “light” lunch which was 3 courses and very filling. Staff were nice and welcoming. Jules in the restaurant was really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

The hotel was a little spread out but very clean, comfortable rooms, fabulous food and friendly staff. The pool and spa area was good with a big pool, plenty of loungers, two hot beds, a steam room and sauna. I did miss having a Jacuzzi. The back neck and shoulder massage was excellent.
