The spa staff were welcoming and informative. The facilities were clean and tidy although we thought the changing rooms would benefit from a refresh. The café was lovely and the staff were really attentive. Our afternoon tea was delicious and what we couldn't eat was carefully packaged for us to take home. We were served at our loungers for morning coffee which was a treat. Our treatments were wonderful. Many thanks all at the spa 🙏

The spa have the day really well organised with an allocated lounger and table for lunch. The facilities and staff are lovely, so the whole day was very relaxing.

This spa is very well organised. We were welcomed with a fresh juice which we enjoyed whilst we completed a little bit of information. We then made our way to the changing rooms and spa. Everyone is allocated their own lounger for the day which is a great idea as I have been to other places where there are not enough for everyone. We spent the morning relaxing and then enjoyed afternoon tea with prosecco at lunchtime. During the afternoon we had a couple of treatments which were great, followed by a dip in the pool and Jacuzzi. Before we knew it, it was time to leave but we felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely go back again. Maybe even for 2 days next time 😉

SBN is always my first choice for a spa day. It’s never over-crowded, the comfy loungers are yours for the day, the staff are great, the grounds are pretty and peaceful and although there aren’t as many facilities e.g. hot stone beds, water beds, as other venues, all of the above make it a nicer experience. I took a friend who had never been there before and she loved it.
