First time booking a spa in London and I am pleasantly surprised at how much is packed in to such a central location. Super tidy with friendly staff - we especially loved the relaxation room. My only suggestion would be to have ice chips etc for outside the steam room but maybe that’s not a British thing?

I booked a spa day package with a treatment and lunch. Overall the day was good though with some pros and cons. Pros - The massage was excellent, one of the best I've had in a long time. - The food at lunch was tasty and the restaurant is a really nice room with good atmosphere and a harp player - The relaxation room after the massage was one of the nicest I've been in with cosy loungers with blankets, herbal tea and snacks. - Really nice hotel/spa building/rooms. Cons - There was a mix up at my treatment time and no-one came to collect me. - The jacuzzi temperature is not very warm! It's because it flows into the swimming pool so not separate. - The sauna is one of the hottest I've been in.

Good experience. The ambiance and décor being the highlight throughout. I booked for 4 hours but the spa wasn't that large so maybe 2/3 hours would be better (if you're not doing a massage). Facilities were great. Didn't try the sauna but the steam room was nice. The “Jacuzzi” area of the pool was a bit aggressive at times but it was fine when they turned the pump down a little. My partner enjoyed it so I'm happy.
