I dediced to book a half day to use this spa voucher my previous employers had gotten me (as it was expiring on this day). I never realised just how much I needed it! The staff were incredibly calm and attentive, making the whole experience feel serene and like nothing you could ask for would be too much. Even the booking process was super simple and quick. I only booked a week ago and it was all sorted within minutes. I will definitely be going back again!

I was welcomed with a warm smile. I was made to feel very special. The environment is lovely. The spa is amazing, lovely staff and I enjoyed the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi pool. Will definitely come back here and I recommend to others. The lounge area is so relaxing. Thank you for a great experience. Finished it of with an amazing dinner in the Hansom restaurant.

It was my first time at Renaissance hotel, and it was amazing! The pool isn’t very big but there was almost no one when I was there. I did an express facial and a message. The therapist was kind and gave me some advise for my skin.

We booked three day spa passes and had a lovely day, but nothing is included in the price and the pool is very small so there's a limit to how long you can stay there for. Would be good to have had the option of a reasonably priced package instead. The changing facilities were also very small.
