This was a birthday treat for my niece. This was a beautiful spa, staff were lovely and helpful. Only comment would be is: would be brilliant if there were hair straighteners available as well as the Dyson hairdryers they had, which were fab!

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my spa day at the Kimpton. All the staff were charming and helpful. The facilities were second to none and I made good use of the pool, steam room and sauna. My treatment was a facial and it was fantastic. I particularly liked that all the products used were natural. The lunch in the Baba restaurant was delicious.

Treatment was brill, got lots of knots out of my back and really focused on preferred area. Treatment room and relaxation room were a little on the cold side. Enjoyed the decor of the spa and wasn’t super busy.

The whole experience was fantastic, definitely 10/10. The spa was spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were modern and fully functioning (unlike other spas.) Ishga products are wonderful. The sound therapy was different to traditional massage therapy etc but really nice especially if you're not so comfortable with hands-on therapies. Lunch in Baba was delicious, again nice, friendly staff. Will definitely go back soon.

We had a couples massage for our 6 year wedding anniversary. Treatments were great! It's our third time at Kimpton Charlotte Square and we've used the spa every time. Great facilities and the massages were amazing! We loved it once again and we'll definitely be back!

This was my second time at Kimpton Charlotte Square and I really loved it. The pool, sauna and steam room are in a dark lit room which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. We had use of the well equipped gym and we also had a delicious Middle Eastern lunch at Baba restaurant. The treatments are also great. I tried the sound bath and loved it. Make sure to verify your reservation with the hotel once booked with SpaSeekers though as we hadn't done this (didn't know we had to) and our booking wasn't complete on Kimpton's system; but thankfully the staff were great and ensured we could still have the treatments we had booked.
