We all know how stressful life can get sometimes, but you can find a glorious sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle right here. The spa at the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel is designed to relax you right from the start.
You’ll be tempted like never before by the list of sumptuous treatments and therapies which are on offer. And you can linger longer afterwards amid the soothing waters of both the hydrotherapy pool and the indoor swimming pool.
When the atmosphere is right and the welcome is warm, it’s so much easier to create a workout that really hits the spot. The state of the art fitness suite is suitable for all standards, so prepare to be impressed.
If you’d rather be savouring the great outdoors, you’ll be so pleased by the hotel’s waterfront location. Long walks are very special here, and there are plenty of jogging and cycling routes to keep you happy and healthy.
As soon as the hunger pangs start to make themselves known, make sure you pay a visit to the hotel’s rightly popular eatery. The Upper Deck is a bar and restaurant that lends itself perfectly to the art of dining.
The food is mouth-watering, the surroundings are stylish and the views across the water are breath-taking. And should you be in the mood for the ultimate indulgence, make sure you have room for an elegant afternoon tea.

Had a lovely afternoon at the Spa. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa spotlessly clean. Had a facial which was also wonderful and a delightful afternoon tea. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

The Sidmouth Harbour Hotel and Spa is outstanding. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, the staff are wonderful and nothing too much, always helpful. The Spa day experience has been the best I have ever experienced and can't speak highly enough... The venue is top notch, very clean and contemporary and comfortable. The therapist Sheen a was fantastic and I felt fantastic and relaxed after my treatment. The bar restaurant is top notch too and the food was fabulous too. Overall, the hotel is only as good as the people working there and I can honestly say that it was a great pleasure to be there because the staff are brilliant. Thank you for making my stay a memorable and enjoyable time.

The staff were all lovely and the facilities have everything you need, although the spa is small so I imagine could get quite crowded at weekends. Lovely views from the restaurant and outdoor pool, of the sea.
