We booked the rasul pamper day and back, neck & shoulder massage with a light lunch plus champagne. The experience was perfect from start to finish, we were made to feel very welcome and was told what would happen during our visit. We had access to the relaxation room which was a relaxing, calming experience.

Really enjoyed our time at the spa. You get 3 hours use of the facilities which is plenty of time. You also get a 50 min treatment which was really nice. We went for the city living and it was a nice back, leg and foot massage. It also included a free glass of prosecco but I asked on reception and they said you can claim that after in the champagne lounge in the hotel. There is a relaxation room which is really nice to spend time in, there are some cacoon pods which are so comfy. Also there's a room you can lay in with blankets. The atmosphere is comfort and relaxation. The pool was a bit on the cold side but the Jacuzzi is lovely and warm, I'd recommend that. There's also a steam room which was very good and powerful and there's a sauna which was alright. I'd definitely recommend, it's really good value for money.
