The leaves along the Thames Path are turning golden – and now it’s time for you to get your glow back! Tucked beside St Paul’s Cathedral, Rena Spa’s Seasonal Glow Retreat is a cosy escape in the heart of the City. Wrap up in a fluffy robe, then choose your glow-getter: a 50-minute aromatherapy massage to warm you from the inside out, or a signature facial to bring back that sun-kissed radiance you thought you left behind in summer.
Spend three hours soaking up the warmth, from the softly lit 18m pool to the bubbling Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Afterwards, curl up on a daybed in the relaxation area with a cuppa and a biscuit. And if you want to keep glowing long after you leave, you’ll get 10% off Ishga’s seaweed skincare on the day. Who needs a summer tan anyway?
