All in all an excellent day, however there are not enough loungers are the pool which left a number of people with no where to sit. We were fortunate to get two different seats, but did have to wait for one for a little while when we first arrived and move after our treatments to be able to sit together.

Had the spa day that included a 50 minute treatment. Staff were all very friendly and provided us with towels and dressing gowns. Everywhere seemed pretty clean and tidy. Treatment was lovely and very relaxing. When we went to get changed there was a flood in the changing room that the staff were aware of and they moved us to another room to get changed, no issue for us as didn’t effect us and staff handled really well. We had a light lunch included which was a little disappointing. Very small menu only 4/5 options and no drink included which I found a little strange. Wasn’t a massive issue but would have been nice if this was stated more clearly. Would go back but probably wouldn’t do the package that came with lunch and would just order seperatly from the main bar lunch menu instead. But what I actually went for (spa and relaxation) was really good!

I was gifted a voucher and chose two treatments at the spa. I left extremely relaxed and will definitely be returning. I had the best facial and foot treatment I have ever received with Kelly and I will be making this a regular treat to myself. The staff at Norton Park were all extremely friendly and polite and for me that is a huge part of any experience.
