Friendly welcome and greeted with a bundle of towel, robe and slippers. Changing area fine. Spa area is fine. Great steam room, sauna bit small, Jacuzzi nice and pool OK. Unfortunately it was full of children so a little busy and noisy, so not the relaxing experience I was expecting and needing. Feel that the spa shouldn't allow bookings in school holidays. 2 course light lunch was good. Pleasant waiter. Overall it was good and would return but determine school holidays first.

My husband and I went to stay here for our 25th anniversary. The staff were uber friendly and I cannot rate them enough. The food at the hotel was lovely and the massage was amazing. The spa itself, however, was tired and basic. The Jacuzzi was luke warm, the pool was quite small and the Jacuzzi/steam room and gym was basic.
