Was impressed from the start, hotel at front looked amazing. Plenty of parking. Spa at back lovely and clean. Friendly patient staff. Lovely small spa nice and quiet midweek. Facilities in imaculate condition. Had an lovely massage treatment. Such a lovely time and great value for money offer coming with a great afternoon tea and prosecco included. Definitely will be coming back for more.

We booked the enrich spa day. Upon arrival the receptionist was really friendly and talked us through everything. Unfortunately one of our treatments was moved due to sickness which was fine, however it was moved quite close to our afternoon tea booking so it was a bit of a rush in the restaurant as it took a while for food to come out. Apart from that though we had a really lovely day. Pool and changing areas really clean, sauna steam room was great. We booked a massage and facial which were just amazing! We will definitely return x

This is one of the nicest spas I have been too. Lovely, friendly staff, great facilities and nice massage. We had the indulge package and it was great value for money compared to other spas too. The hotel itself also looked really nice. Would definitely go again and would recommend.
