Me and my mum did a spa on the 17/05/25 and it was my first ever spa and I am so blown away at how amazing it was, the facilities were beautiful and so clean! The staff were absolutely wonderful and the massage was amazing! 100/10 experience and will definitely be rebooking in the future! Very very well done to all the staff they were amazing!

The room was spotless and very well maintained. The dressing table lacked a mirror in front of it. They have provided a long mirror in the room but there is no plug nearby to dry your hair. Spa facilities were reasonable. The lady on reception when we arrived showed no interest to explain how the facilities worked which was disappointing. The meal and staff were very helpful and accomadating.

I was pleasantly surprised with my spa morning. I usually go to Malvern Spa but I just find it too expensive now. The back massage I had was amazing, all staff that I encountered were so friendly and welcoming. It was perfect and I can’t wait to book my next one.

Lovely spa, steam room and sauna were a bit small, there were 5 of us in there at one time and it was a bit cosy! Hot tub had a bit of a chemical smell which made our eyes water but we had fantastic massages/facial and had a lovely time.
