I fancied a day of pampering recently so I booked some time at the Malmaison Manchester. I’d never been there before, but I can guarantee that I’ll be returning again soon. It was heavenly! As soon as I arrived I felt relaxed and happy, ready to make the most of a day away from the outside world. The spa is paradise, and I recommend spending some time in the brasserie, where I had a lunch that was simply perfect. Next time I go I will take my sister because I know she’ll love it as much as I did.

Lovely spa and good experience

I arrived early to find the therapists undertaking a full clean-down of all areas of the spa. I was the only customer the spa had all day due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, I was the only booking the restaurant had for lunch.
I'm glad I was able to support them during this difficult time.
During my time there I went in the sauna, which was spotless. Treatments included all body massage, facial and manicure - the first two were out of this world amazing, but I have had better manicures. It was fine but the therapist nicked me a couple of times with the cuticle cutters which made me bleed.
The shower in the ladies changing rooms had a blocked drain which resulted in me standing in my own dirty shower water - not particularly nice with all the massage oil in it too.
The therapists were lovely and made me feel welcome. A good deal and the lunch was fantastic. I'd certainly return there.Heather Nicholson, Manchester

Very comfortable beds
Stayed at this place while visiting a student at Manchester uni before lockdown. She was so happy to get a good night's sleep for a change. It was raining so we mostly lived on room service and......Read more
