Booking my the spa appointment was straight forward online and easy to select which treatment we were looking for- however when I contacted the location to check my booking they had told me my booking had been made for an extremely early time and I had no confirmation of this . I also had been told that a completely different treatment had been booked which didn’t suit our party - even though I have email confirmation of what I booked. I was then made aware that the file and polish that I was looking for wasn’t available on my arrival date as there was no one trained on a Thursday at all to do this. Further clarification is needed between spa seekers and the hotel to confirm the days that specific treatments can be made on as if I had known this I would of booked another hotel to have my treatment done on the day that suited me for my trip. I had my file and polish that was done by Li - who was great, friendly and very professional!

We had a great time at Inchyra. We regret not booking more treatment as 25m flew by quite quickly. The staff were very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the sauna, aroma room and whiskies. Overall I think the package we got was great value.
