The hotel is quite outdated and clearly in need of a major renovation. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, a persistent musty smell throughout the property, and no phone in the room. Being on the ground floor also meant we couldn't leave the windows open overnight, which was inconvenient. That said, what the hotel lacks in its facilities, the staff help make up for. From the moment we arrived until we left two days later, every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

I visited with my sister, daughter and her friend. Second time Iv been and won't be the last. Me and my sister had our treatments by the same lady- Tash! Tash was extremely professional and experienced. Highly recommend! The hotel receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The food was really good. We all enjoyed it! Rooms were spotlessly clean. For what we paid it was above our expectations. Can't wait to go back! We didn't want to leave.

The spa team were amazing, back massage was so good and very relaxing. Use of the facilities, such as sauna and steam room, were a great way to unwind. Hotel was as expected from Macdonald, dated but a decent standard. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was top notch.
