Sundays were made for slowing down and spoiling yourself – not slaving over a roast or tackling the laundry pile. And on the Sunday Sleep Over at Kenwick Park we promise you’ll be doing absolutely none of the above! Arrive from 1pm, sip a welcome juice or Prosecco, then slip straight into the Evergreen Spa, where the warm indoor pool, hot tub, tepidarium, sauna and steam room are waiting to ease you into weekend mode.
A 45‑minute treatment dials up the indulgence, and once you’re fully unwound, you can wander back to your Lodge or hotel room with a stone‑baked pizza and half a bottle of Prosecco to savour in total comfort. Wake to a delicious breakfast the next morning before heading out at 11am, feeling ready for the week ahead. Mondays always feel better after a lazy Sunday – especially one that’s this luxurious!
