There’s a sumptuous range of glorious treatments and therapies to choose from, so get ready for the finest temptations. And when you’re in the mood to prolong the relaxation, head to the indoor pool and float away for a while.
There’s a state of the art gym to be enjoyed here, and it’s perfect for novices and experts alike. It boasts a comprehensive range of Technogym equipment and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that helps to make every session a pleasure.
If you’re keen to try something a little more structured, have a word with a team member about creating a specific workout to match your needs. And of course if you prefer the fresh air, jogging routes beside the Thames are right outside the door.
A whole host of mouth-watering options awaits you here, including the lively Market Brasserie with its floor to ceiling windows and the elegant Peninsula Restaurant, which offers fine dining and dramatic views of Canary Wharf.
Cocktails in the sophisticated Eighteen Sky Bar are highly recommended, and be sure to spend a little relaxation time at the magnificent Clipper Bar as well. Dining at the Intercontinental London – The O2 is something we all deserve to savour.

Much needed spa experience!

Absolutely beautiful spa. The moment I walked in to the fairy lights and calm ambiance, I knew I was in good hands. Had a massage and facial done that was super relaxing, therapist Marley (sorry if I got her name wrong!) Was an absolute star, talking me through the whole process and delivering a lovely experience.
Only swimming pool and Jacuzzi were open, due to Covid and enough precautions put in place by spa and hotel to ensure enough social distancing and correct handling of things for you to still feel comfortable. Will be back again soon!C. E., Kent

We had a great experience at the spa in the Intercontinental. We were warmly greeted and asked to fill in our forms, we were then taken to the clean and well appointed changing rooms and shown the location of the pool and loungers, were we stayed until collected for our treatment. As there was 7 of us the treatments were staggered to 3 different times.
I had a massage, which was really good, the therapist was knowledgeable and friendly, 5 of us had massages and 2 had facials and everyone enjoyed their experience.
We also used the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all the facilities were very good and it was very busy so we had the areas mainly to ourselves.
I would highly recommend this spa and would definitely go back.Joanne Whittle, London

I have always enjoyed visiting London for a break every once in a while, but I had never stayed in the old Docklands area before. I definitely will again. My long weekend at the Intercontinental London – The O2 was 100% enjoyable, and I’m so pleased that I chose this particular hotel. I love the spa in particular, it’s beautifully decorated and as soon as you walk in you forget that you’re in a big city. Cocktails in the bar overlooking the river were wonderful and I urge everyone to eat at the Peninsula Restaurant, where the views after dark were something else. This is the best urban hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Venue was lovely. However they didn’t recognise the spa seekers voucher and half way through the morning they asked me to pay again in full. I had also supplied your email to me confirming payment. I called SpaSeekers who were very helpful and spoke to the manager who then acknowledged it was their mistake. I had been quite embarrassed, wet and in robe, to be asked for more money at reception desk. It took the edge off what was otherwise a good session with expert facial. There was a tap missing on the shower by the pool hence the four not five rating
