Oh,it's was heaven on earth. I really enjoyed myself, the staff were so kind, polite and supportive. Just that I wasn't too comfortable with men around. There should be time for female only, men only and unisex only. This will enable customers to make they choice Aside that it was am amazing time of fun and relaxation for me. Kudos to all spa team

I booked a 3-hour evening spa pass as a birthday treat for myself and two friends. The booking process was easy, as was travel - the hotel is a short walk from North Greenwich tube station. The hotel is lovely and the welcome from all staff very warm and helpful. The spa itself is immaculate and very comfortable - we had everything we needed, with robes, slippers, towels, tea/coffee and fresh fruit provided, Great facilities - sauna, steam room, pool, Jacuzzi and ample loungers. Changing facilities were spacious and clean with very nice toiletries, and lockers were a good size. Very handy to have hairdryers and a costume dryer too. We didn't try a treatment this time but will another time. Highly recommended.

A very reasonably priced and relaxing afternoon spent at the spa where everything was as I would have hoped. Steam, sauna, Jacuzzi, swim, relaxation lounge with teas and healthy snacks, treatment, great staff. Wonderful.

My wife and I attended Saturday at 1pm and had treatment at 5.30pm. Gift from our daughters. What a wonderful afternoon. We were treated like royalty, the staff were so friendly. Lunch was gorgeous. Lovely clean spa area. The pool was a bit cool but after one length it was fine. Sunbeds poolside and then in the steam room, and sauna before a dip in the Jacuzzi, it was so nice and relaxing. The gym had everything you needed. 4pm was time for a coffee and pastries back in the restaurant. We left valuables in the lockers provided. The highlight was my massage and facial, my masseuse Mia, what a wonderful young person who made me feel safe and in good hands, she was excellent at her job but also personable, a credit to the company. She treated me with care. The whole day was smooth and the hotel is absolutely fantastic, a lovely experience would certainly recommend.
