A friend and I spent a lovely day here. The facial was really relaxing using Ren products, and o also enjoyed the mini manicure although my nail varnish sadly hasn’t lasted too long. The 2 course lunch was very good too. Friendly staff! The only addition would be a larger pool and area with more loungers, and a bigger spa area with addition of a steam room/inside comfy seating area. Will visit again!

The indoor/outdoor pool was great to soak up some sun before our treatments, massage & facial were both really relaxing and the food in the bistro was delicious - would definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a lovely afternoon tea followed by 3 hrs of pampering. The spa was clean and smelt amazing - best massage I’ve ever had and actually fell asleep during my facial, something I have never done, felt so at ease and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back again.

Very welcoming hotel with lovely grounds considering it is city centre. The pool is great and the weather meant we could make great use of the outdoor area. The spa staff were wonderful, treatment’s fantastic and generally a really relaxing environment. I would definitely return for all of this. The only down side unfortunately was the afternoon tea, the sandwiches dry and scones hard, evidently been frozen and we couldn’t enjoy the cream tea as they were so bad. We ordered some extra cocktails which were great but the afternoon tea was a disappointment and not a great end to the day.
