Treatment great but noisy ambience

Had a wonderful treatment by Carly but the experience was spoilt by constant opening & closing of doors plus conversation, haven’t had this issue on previous visits. Hand drier in changing room needs repairing or a towel providing. Afternoon tea not as good as previously. Overall I enjoyed but a few areas need action. All staff were friendly and professional.

Had an amazing time! The outdoor hot tub in the rain was an experience. The best part was the full body massage - it was thoroughly relaxing.

Beautiful time at the spa, it was a little busy but the weather was bad so I think it’s more because people were not using the spa garden. I booked the Champagne & Truffles Spa Day for my Mum for Christmas. This included an 60 min treatment each however due to losing a member of staff for the day this had to be split into 30 mins so we both got part of a treatment. Although this was disappointing they did call to pre warn us & the facial I had was one of the best I’ve ever experienced at a spa so we were happy with their attentiveness to us & the situation. Would definitely recommend!
