Arrived a bit early which worked out well as the hotel let us check. In early also, arrived at spa in plenty of time. Afternoon tea first which consisted of sandwiches and cakes and scone. Was very nice. Selection of egg, ham, and cheese. A selection of cakes and a scone and jam with cream all very nice and tasty. Massage at the spa was lovely and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and did a good job, although personally I prefer harder pressure on my massages I did have a very small petite girl who just didn’t have the ump, but she was lovely and did her best. Thank you. The staff at the bar and restaurant were very helpful and cheery when they greeted you, nothing was too much trouble . It is a shame however that I had to book the spa day and then the extra night at the same hotel separately as speakers do not do a two night stay . The pool is a 15 mtr one temp was good and not too busy. The Jacuzzi was small enough for maybe 4/5 people at a push and was always busy as also gym members used facility daily and children. Sauna and steam room, available towels but you have to use the robe from your room and take flop flops poolside. All in all was a great stay ...

Massage was lovely and relaxing and well worth what I paid for it. We used all facilities. The gym was very good and impressive. Steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and pool were lovely and clean. Along with changing rooms. If I was going to nit pick I'd say the restaurant and main hotel looked a little tired. Carpets and chairs looked warn and somewhat shabby. My facial felt disturbed by hearing the lady opening and closing jars and banging them down on a metal shelf. My daughter said her lady had hers all prepared so no distraction. Maybe my lady was new to it? That aside they were polite and friendly
