Pad through the walled garden to the Farmhouse Treatment Rooms for some beautifully-presented (and tasty!) treats, before your 90‑minute ritual begins.
With a grounding foot bath to set the tone, you’ll melt into your chosen botanical treatment while soaking up the warmth of the heated therapy bed. Afterwards, you’ll be tucked up beside the fire with a heated eye mask, unlimited tea and coffee, and plenty of time for your post-massage snooze. - The Grounding Ritual – massage on back of body and areas that are prone to tightness and tension, your therapist will perform this treatment in long, flowing movements, working the length of the body - 90 minutes
- ‘tóg go bog é’ - full body massage, aromatherapy and breath work, alongside slow and rhythmical techniques to alleviate muscular tension while having a meditative effect - 90 minutes
- Restorative Ritual - Nurturing facial massage with Gua Sha techniques. The focus is on the face, neck, décolleté and scalp, helping tension, eyestrain, migraines, headaches, TMJ issues and sinuses - 90 minutes
- Biome Repair Facial - The Biome facial works to soothe and repair the skin’s natural barrier, helping to reduce inflammation and increase natural skin function - 90 minutes
- Biome Calm Facial - soothe and heal with this deeply relaxing facial. Blending bio-identical ingredients, plant lipids, calming massage and face reflexology to restore, replenish, cool and soothe - 90 minutes
