This is my second time coming to the heavenly spa at the Westin Hotel, this time round we were celebrating my mums birthday and I was able to buy a spa package - this included a 60 minute full body massage, fresh cold juice and 4 hour use of the spa facilities. We started the day with the massage. I was given an external therapist who didn’t work at the spa, which is why my experience wasn’t the good compared to mum who absolutely loved her massage (her lights were off, relaxing music, hot towels used on her eyes). I was bought into a room and the lights remained on the whole time. Because of this I wasn’t able to feel relaxed and fully switched off in these settings. Furthermore when I was flipped over, the therapist said she doesn’t have anything to cover my eyes so found a medical mask in the draw and put it over my eyes which I found highly unprofessional. I cannot fault the person who did my massage because I feel like she wasn’t fully trained or explained where and how the room worked, it felt like I was her first client and she was working out how things should be done along the way. Overall the massage was good but it was these small details which didn’t make the experience feel good. Other than that we spent our time using all the spa facilities including Jacuzzi and steam room and relaxed the whole afternoon. There were plenty of towels to use and the facilities were very clean. I generally not sure if we will coming back again but it was a day spent well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavenly Spa at the Westin Hotel I had the most incredible experience at Heavenly Spa at the Westin Hotel — it was truly the perfect way to celebrate my 33rd birthday. I visited with a friend after booking through SpaSeekers, and we were lucky enough to get a lovely Christmas discount, which made the whole experience even more special. Overall, the entire experience was peaceful, luxurious, and deeply relaxing — exactly what I needed going into the busy Christmas period. I left feeling stress-free, refreshed, and completely at ease, with no tension left in my body at all. I’ll definitely be returning, next time with my partner. I highly recommend Heavenly Spa at the Westin Hotel — a truly heavenly experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience at Heavenly Spa for my partner's 40th birthday. Having never booked a spa day in central London I was slightly apprehensive as it was quite difficult to find somewhere that felt special but was also good value. Heavenly Spa was exactly what I was hoping for! I was impressed by the facilities on offer (everything was spotlessly clean and in good working order) and we enjoyed relaxing on the poolside beds. The pool is beautiful and the pool area never felt too busy during the time that we were there. Our package included massages, which were excellent, and it was a nice touch that a drink was included as well. We wanted to have a really relaxing day so we made the most of the 4 hours that we had access to the spa and felt that this was really good value (especially compared to many other spas in London). I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
