I took my boyfriend to the spa for his birthday. We had a treatment each, access to the facilities and afternoon tea. We had the most amazing time, the staff in the spa are especially accommodating and gave us amazing customer service. Natalie did my nails, she was so friendly and I love my nails. My partner had the best massage he’d ever had and the facilities were so clean and peaceful. Our afternoon tea was delicious, the service wasn’t so attentive, but we didn’t let this ruin our experience. The view of the Thames are great from the hithe and seek.

Booked package, which included 1hr full body massage, afternoon tea and 4hrs use of spa facilities. The staff were very professional and friendly. The spa is spotlessly clean and you can use unlimited towels, water is provided as and when required. Treatment rooms were very tranquil and high end oils used. My husband and I both agreed that our masseuse's Mary and Sabina gave us the best massage's we had ever experienced. Would highly recommend and we will definitely go back - expensive but worth every penny - great value for money compared to other many spa experiences we have had. Treat yourself and go!

This spa day exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely amazing from the minute I walked in the staff are exceptional, kind and helpful. The ambiance throughout the hotel and the spa facilities. I was really able to relax and felt as if I was on holiday! I work 7 days a week and treated myself to a spa day as a birthday present to myself and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Worth every penny and I’ll definitely be returning, I was blown away! Everything was remarkable!

I booked an afternoon tea package as a treat for my daughter and we had a wonderful, relaxing time. The spa was very clean. It had a small pool - wide enough for 2 people doing lengths - and hot tub, plus a separate thermal area with sauna and steam room. The package included a treatment each, which we both enjoyed - the staff were lovely. There's limited seating in the pool area, which might be an issue if the spa is busy but we didn't have any problems on a Friday morning. Our afternoon tea was served in the hotel bar, overlooking the Thames. Overall we had a really good experience and I would be happy to return.
