Took my mum here for a relaxing spa day and it didn’t disappoint. Super facilities and our spa treat of a facial was great. Will definitely be back.

I had a very relaxing time at the double tree. It would have been nice to be informed children swimming classes would be on whilst I was in. The offer stated afternoon tea, arrived to be told they only offer two course lunch, which was very limited. It does not include any tea or coffee and wasn’t worth it! The treatments were lovely, couldn’t fault them.

Great treatments, lovely friendly staff and food is good, however the facilities aren't great compared to other spa days I've been to, the main reason for this was trying to relax while swimming lessons are taking place. For me personally I rarely have time to relax and when I do being surrounded by children and their parents lined up at the window watching wasn't great.
