By train: Chester railway station is an 11-minute taxi ride away, with fast, frequent rail links to Manchester, Liverpool, London and other major cities in the UK.
By bus: The X30 service goes from Chester bus interchange to Warrington, and stops outside the hotel.
By car: Take the M53 to junction 12. Continue on the A56 signposted to Chester. The hotel is on the left just before the roundabout. The postcode for your sat nav is CH2 3PD.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, which was a wonderful surprise and made the experience even more special. The spa and treatment were incredibly relaxing, providing the ultimate retreat. The meal we had was delicious, and we ended our stay with a fantastic breakfast to top it all off. Treatment was excellent but we had a meal at 12 that didn't arrive until 12.25. Had to rush the meal to have treatment at 1pm. Maybe they need to change the treatment till 1:30pm

I visited the DoubleTree along with 3 friends for a spa break and we all really enjoyed the whole experience, the spa was lovely the massage was very relaxing and the staff were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant as part of the package and the food was amazing. The only things that let it down was that the lifts were out of order and as 2 of us have mobility issues this made it extremely difficult as we had to go up numerous flights of stairs to get to the treatment area.
