The spa was clean and relaxing, staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a lovely frangipani scrub with Jason, very professional. Would highly recommend and definitely would visit again. Booking was really easy and was kept informed of any changes.

The hotel was very nice, and we booked a weekend package which included a meal and spa treatments. The meal was very nice too, a good amount. However on our first morning we had a phone call to let us know that due to staff sickness, unable to have both of our treatments as planned. As you can imagine, we were very disappointed. Later on, the spa did manage to arrange treatments, but at different times to each other. But to their credit, Martha, the wonderful hotel manager, arranged for a later checkout and breakfast, so that we could still do our yoga together, have the treatment, and a leisurely breakfast. Martha even gave us a bottle of wine while she worked out how to make the weekend remain special for us, and arranged for some compensation. She truly pulled out all the stops to make sure that we had a lovely relaxing break. I would recommended this hotel and will very likely visit again. PS the spa treatments were amazing!

Lovely treatments from Laura G, Tiffany and Sam. Also very helpful when buying Spa products with advice. Loved the eucalyptus steam room which left skin feeling incredible. We all left spa feeling very relaxed. Room was comfy with a well stocked complimentary mini bar. Staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly especially in the bar and restaurant. Food was well cooked and presented. We will happily return for another break.

I visited as part of a group of four friends. Helpful friendly staff, nice lunch. When we first went into the pool area, the management could do with providing a few more chairs, maybe in the vacant corners. Though people did come and go and eventually we managed to sit together.
