The team at the reception desk is amazing and special thanks to Ebe at breakfast who was super efficient - the rest of the breakfast team wasn't. Quite disappointing to have no dairy free option for breakfast and a lot of empty trays plus coffee machine broken. I was really surprised to see plastic bottles in the room and no effort done on paperless. I would come back for the spa, really nice and clean!

The massage service was very relaxing and every member of staff that I interacted with was very helpful, pleasant and respectful. Would definitely recommend for first timers and will be booking again for sure.

I took my bestie on a last minute mini girls trip into the city and this hotel was a great choice! Really well kept hotel and for the price was a great value for money. We did the spa break option and enjoyed the Prosecco and products in the room! There was a miscommunication on the time for breakfast (it ends at 9am on week-days) which meant we would have missed it. Luckily the receptionist who checked us in realised the mistake and managed to get us a cooked breakfast rustled up by the chef, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for a short break to relax and recuperate! My best friend and I are already planning our return for later in the year!

Firstly booking via Spa Seekers - quick, efficient and effective thank you. Secondly the Spa. To describe it as a "spa" is stretching it a little far. You arrive in a shabby reception to find out there are no relaxation areas and everything is on two floors. The stairs down to the pool very steep, painful on the feet and as I walk with a stick I was in serious pain. Pool good; Jacuzzi pleasant + excellent steam room. However the sauna was back up all the stairs to the changing room - which I couldn't face so did not use. We also hope to have a coffee before our massage, but not possible as the tiny room was full. Massages were excellent professional, thorough and we felt wonderful afterwards. The changing facilities were fine, but due to the sauna, very hot .So in summary, lovely staff, brilliant massage, nice pool and steam room but it is essentially a swimming pool and treatment rooms-not a SPA so don't bank on spending an afternoon there relaxing. Not suitable for limited mobility.
