It was my mum's first time at a spa and she absolutely loved it.
We had a 55 minute ache massage (that really took about 45) that it was a bit too soft for my liking even though I asked for more pressure.
All in all it was an amazing experience.
Would love to come back again.
Great setting, great spa, great day!
I was given a day of pampering for my birthday recently at the Crowne Plaza Docklands, and I have to say I didn’t want it to end. It’s in a fabulous location and it’s a really stylish place. The spa was like a sanctuary for me, enabling me to relax as soon as I arrived. I enjoyed the day so much, but it seemed to pass by far too quickly. By the time I got home, I was on the phone to my sister to arrange a repeat visit in the not too distant future - Can't wait!

The staff was all exceptionally accommodating from the front desk to the therapist, they were all lovely to us. My friends and I had a lovely time.
The staff of SpaSeekers were exceptional as well, they helped us organise this booking.

Firstly booking via Spa Seekers - quick, efficient and effective thank you. Secondly the Spa. To describe it as a "spa" is stretching it a little far. You arrive in a shabby reception to find out there are no relaxation areas and everything is on two floors. The stairs down to the pool very steep, painful on the feet and as I walk with a stick I was in serious pain. Pool good; Jacuzzi pleasant + excellent steam room. However the sauna was back up all the stairs to the changing room - which I couldn't face so did not use. We also hope to have a coffee before our massage, but not possible as the tiny room was full. Massages were excellent professional, thorough and we felt wonderful afterwards. The changing facilities were fine, but due to the sauna, very hot .So in summary, lovely staff, brilliant massage, nice pool and steam room but it is essentially a swimming pool and treatment rooms-not a SPA so don't bank on spending an afternoon there relaxing. Not suitable for limited mobility.
