I rarely write reviews, but I had to say a few words about my recent day at Cloud Twelve Spa. It was my first visit there, but I already know it won’t be my last. It’s so relaxing, the people are lovely and the lunch was delicious. If you’re ever in the West London area and you need to unwind, this could be the perfect place in which to spend some time.

Every good spa can be made great by the people who work there, and the staff at Cloud Twelve made my visit so special. I recently spent a day of indulgence there, and from the first moment it was absolutely fantastic. They’ve obviously worked hard on making visitors feel so welcome, because other people I spoke to were just as impressed as I was. If you’re looking for somewhere to get away from it all, I think this could be perfect.

There are lots of things I liked about my day at Cloud Twelve, but one of the more obvious is the relaxing design of the place. It has a really stylish look, and the atmosphere is so soothing. I’d been shopping nearby in Notting Hill, so a little break afterwards proved to be just what I needed. And the Brasserie serves up yummy meals as well, so I’d recommend it twice over!

Having just come to the end of a particularly difficult week at work, I was desperate to get away for a day of relaxation.
