Had a very lovely spa morning which was very much needed after a busy few weeks. Very friendly, good facilities and a great back massage. My meal included in the package was lovely.

My friend and I had a twin room which was enormous! The package included evening meal on first night and breakfast and include 75 mins worth of treatment. The hotel was great (mainly used for conferences), food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of treatments in the spa were excellent. The only thing that could have been better was the spa itself. There was only a pool (that had many children and baby classes on) and a steam room. There was no relaxation area after treatments but that didn't really dampen our stay. We were slightly confused as to whether the booking included evening meal on both nights as it stated that only extras would be charged on the first night. We checked with three different members of staff who said the second night's meal was included but when we checked out we were told it wasn't. The receptionist was excellent and sorted it out for us. Bonus we weren't expecting was the mini bar in the room was complimentary!

I would recommend this to anyone. It was a good experience, starting with a check-in call a week before the visit to confirm details; discussing the itinerary for the day was beneficial as we were aware of school swimming sessions. Our treatments were fabulous. I would visit again.

Checked in with us before our day to clarify our treatments and see if we had any questions. Felt very welcome, when we arrived and the day went very smoothly. Pool and gym were uncrowded (midweek visit). Lunch was good too sitting in the garden under the trees. Our treatments in the afternoon were very professional and quality products were used. There was no rush to go home so we enjoyed a drink on the terrace before our journey home. The staff in all areas were excellent and Chesford Grange is a nice mix of old and new. We would all recommend our spa day.
