We had a spa day for two and spent an hour in the gym, about 45 minutes in the pool and steam/sauna/Jacuzzi. All good. Treatment from Lorraine was absolutely wonderful. Lunch was fine too. Only drawback, there was no hot water, boiler breakdown, so we had cold a shower before going for treatment!
