I cannot fault any part of this experience, staff were friendly and accommodating, the mini massage left me floating on air. The surroundings are outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful spa day at Cambridge Country Club and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. The reception team were particularly attentive and accommodating, especially when we mentioned our requirement for vegetarian meal options. They liaised with the kitchen on our behalf and ensured we were provided with a delicious two-course lunch that met our needs perfectly. A special mention goes to Candice in the Spa Lounge. Despite being on her own during a very busy lunch hour, she remained incredibly attentive, accommodating and considerate. She ensured we felt looked after at all times, which really enhanced our experience. There was a small mix-up in the kitchen that meant we had to wait a while between courses, but Candice handled this professionally and kindly offered us complimentary hot drinks, which was a lovely gesture of customer service. We attended as a group of four for the Mindful Spa Day treatment, which was advertised as a 45-minute back massage and a 15-minute facial. The treatments themselves were lovely and very relaxing; however, there was a slight discrepancy in delivery, as one therapist followed the advertised timings, while another provided a 30-minute back massage and a 30-minute facial. While both experiences were enjoyable, it would be helpful to have consistency when booking the same treatment. Overall, the facilities were clean, well-maintained and inviting, and all staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. Despite the minor inconsistencies, we had a fantastic experience and felt very well cared for — we would certainly return.

Great spa facilities, the pool, sauna, salt stones and relaxation room were phenomenal. Jacuzzi was out of order but no major issues. Building was spotless and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the food which was very over priced £15 for a bowl of soup and nothing else. We would definitely go again but eat beforehand.

The place is lovely, classy, and the Christmas decs are great! Had a nice facial, the lady made me comfy by turning off the heated bed and made sure I was settled. The relax room was a great addition. The only thing that let it down a bit was the pool was quite cold and didn't have a heated Jacuzzi.
