I had the valentine package booked for me. I had a nice facial done by a nice staff. I couldn’t use the facilities as I didn’t take my bathing suit with me. I wasn’t offered the complementary Prosecco or hot drink.

The booking was easy and straightforward. The spa was local. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very good. The gym was well equipped. Particularly liked the steam room and sauna. The gown provided was a little small in the arm and waist departments. Apart from that - perfect.

It was such a lovely treat for me and my daughter! A lovely welcome when we got there. Loved loved the water bed in the relaxation room , and was so nice to be able to get our treatments together in the same room.

This was the first time at Ingleby Barwick. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, premises very clean, calming and aesthetically pleasing. Spent a lovely morning in spa pool and took part in an aqua aerobics. Then went for our treatments, staff again very polite, friendly and helpful, we spent about 15 minutes in the relaxation room on heated beds before called to our sessions. Words cannot not really describe this experience, very professional, dignity preserved. We were able to stay where we were and given a glass of iced water each and we went back to relaxation room to enjoy feeling very relaxed. Then had a small snack at the restaurant. My therapist was lovely, I felt as if I was floating on air. This is the following day, I have had the best night's sleep in months and this morning still feel relaxed and peaceful, the nagging aches in my neck and hips greatly reduced. We will be going back for more. Cannot rate the experience highly enough.
