I had a 35 min massage which I thoroughly enjoyed, wish I booked a longer session. The relaxation room was very elegant and soothing. The Jacuzzi and steam room was also relaxing. I would rate the whole experience 9/10

Overall the spa experience was good. The facilities are fully accessible and clean. The treatment staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They offered options to tweaking treatment that was very good. Had a pleasant day overall. The only thing that let down the day tremendously was the options, preperation and presentation of the lunch included. It was really really poor that my friend and I was not able to consume it. In that, we had to cut our day short to get lunch elsewhere!

I was at Chingford Bannatyne today. Whilst it's not a high end spa neither does it charge high end prices and for the price of my spa day the facilities were adequate. Max on reception was very welcoming and my body massage was lovely. The Jacuzzi was warm and not to busy. My only comment being I had to wait to order my food as no staff available, they were interviewing. But on the whole a pleasant day .
