Start your day on a sweet note with this morning spa escape for two in Mayfair. Slip into cute matching robes and let the luxury soothe your souls as you settle in side by side in The Athenaeum spa’s cosy double treatment room. Choosing between a 30-minute Drift Away massage, facial, full-body scrub or wrap may be the toughest decision you’ll make all morning – and luckily you each get to choose two!
You’ll also have an hour to unwind in the thermal suite, with its cedar hot tub, sauna and steam room, plus a glass of Prosecco to raise a toast. Then head upstairs to 116, the hotel’s two AA Rosette-winning restaurant, for a classic cream tea of scones, clotted cream and jam. Cream or jam first? We’ll leave that sweet debate to you.
